Job Summary
JOB SUMMARY
Responsiblefordelivering best in classguest experiencebyproviding prompt friendly and courteousassistancesto guests answering questions and directing them within the Universal Horror be familiar withvarious restaurant cuisinesbasic menu offerings dietary restrictions and knowledgeable of the seating chart and managesthe waiting list.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcomes and greets guests accommodates guests with special needs quotes wait timesmaintainsan efficient wait list directs guests to appropriate waitingareasand takes guests to table reviews menu specials and provide guests with menus.
- Answers questions about the specific food operationandpossessesfull knowledge of food and beverage products served.
- Coordinates the orderly movement of people by monitoring table turnswalkingthedining roommanaging seating plans and understanding service capacities.
- AssistsServer Assistantsin cleaning and resetting and free of litter at all times.
- Understand and activelyparticipatein Environmental Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UDXpolicy procedures training and team member involvement activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws.

CERTIFICATIONS LICENSES REGISTRATIONS:
- Any local or state required certifications or licenses.
- Must be able to obtain Non-Gaming work card upon employment.
EDUCATION:
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
- 2 yearsoffood and beverage industryexperience isrequired;or equivalent combination of education and experience.
