Host

The Model Host serves as the first point of contact for guests and plays a critical role insettingthe tone for an elevateddining experience. This positionis responsible formanaging reservations coordinating dining room flow and seating guests thoughtfully to ensure a smooth and balanced service. The Hostmaintainsa clean and organized host stand while providing warm professional and attentive service ensuring guests feel welcomed and cared forthroughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate guest seating and manage dining room flow to support efficient and consistent service

• Manage reservations and answer incoming calls providingaccurateinformation and settingappropriate guestexpectations

• Maintain awareness of guest preferences special occasions dietary restrictions and special accommodations

• Ensure the host area and surrounding spaces are clean organized and compliant with health and safety standards

• Deliverprofessionaland attentiveguest service byanticipatingthe needs of both guests and team members

• Complete assigned administrative and preparatory tasks including morning setup duties

Qualifications

• Maintain a clean polished and professional appearance

• Strong multitasking skills with a proactive and dependable work ethic

• Previousexperience in a guest-facing or customer service role preferred

• Availability to work nights weekends and holidays

• Ability to stand for the duration of assigned shifts andlift upto35 pounds
