Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees visitors and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures location-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor access control points by checking credentials verifying visitor and/or delivery information maintaining entry and exit records and helping to support authorized access to the location.
• Respond to incidents alarms and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and communicate relevant details to site contacts supervisors and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the warehouse shipping and receiving areas trailer yards and perimeter with working environments and conditions varying by location.
• Support truck gate and dock activity by observing incoming and outgoing traffic documenting security-related concerns and reporting unusual activity damaged barriers and/or policy violations.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
