Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support through live chat for inquiries issues and product information
  • Assist customers in navigating the website placing orders and resolving any technical difficulties
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries with accurate information and a professional attitude
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Essential Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of plastic materials and manufacturing processes

Desired Experience:

Salary & Benefits:
