Aurecons Program Performance team is a market leader in delivering complex infrastructure programs that help clients achieve their strategic goals-whetherthatsoptimising capital spend managing risk or driving innovation through digital solutions. Werelooking for a highly organised and proactive team support professional toassistwith projects daily operations and broader coordination across a fast-paced diverse team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an agile environment enjoys collaboration and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.
This is a permanent role and can be based in eitherSydney or Newcastle.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting theNSWPractice Leader and broader team with scheduling meeting coordination and event planning including preparing agendas and minutes.
Managing expenses credit card reconciliations calendars travel and diaries to ensure seamless coordination.
Assisting with Client Relationship Management (CRM) entries business reporting information management and knowledge sharing.
Providing support with bids and proposals including tracking bidprogressandassistingwith the preparation of high-quality submissions.
Coordinating and managing team resources to ensure effective project delivery and workload balancing.
Working closely with Project Coordinators in other regions and the Executive Assistant to the Program Performance Leader to provide support and cover as needed.

Ideally you bring:
Experience in a similar role within a professional services environment.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to consult negotiate and build relationships.
Excellent written communication including procurement and technical document preparation.
Experience coordinating domestic and international travel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills particularly in PowerPoint.
