Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months subject to legal requirements including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies as may be required regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. The Senior Manager Technology Insights & Analyticsis responsible forowning the digital data and analytics strategythat enables effectivedecisionmakingacross global real estate facilities management and capital project delivery. This role ensures that leadership hasaccuratetimely anddecisionreadyinsightsto guide strategic investments portfolio optimization and execution performance.

Operating as theenterprise data and insights owner this role drivesendtoenddata strategyfrom systems and architecture to analytics dashboards and external insightssupporting RE/FM/Government Services governance site construction renovations expansions and strategic capital projects.

Key Responsibilities

Data & Analytics Strategy

  • Define and own theendtoendanalytics and insights strategyfor WW Business Operations & Project Delivery.

  • Establishasingle sourceof truthacross RE FM GS and capital project data.

  • Ensure analytics directly support executive portfolio and investment decisions.

Digital Systems & Enablement

  • Ownthedigitaltools and systems roadmapsupporting portfolio analytics project performance and governance.

  • Partner with ITto enable system integration automation and data quality.

  • Drive simplification and standardization of tools and reporting across regions.

Portfolio Analytics & Insights

  • Deliver actionable insights onportfolio performance capital efficiency project risk cost and schedule.

  • Develop executive dashboards andforwardlookinganalytics to support prioritization andtradeoffs.

  • Incorporateexternal benchmarks and market intelligenceto inform strategic decisions.

People Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead mentor and develop a high-performing team of analytics and insights professionals.

  • Establish best practices for analytics methodologies insight generation and knowledge sharing across the organization.

Performance Management & Governance Support

  • Enable performance tracking across capital projects and programs.

  • Support governance forums withclearfactbasedinsights.

  • Identifytrends risks and systemic issues before they escalate.

Stakeholder Partnership

  • Partner closely with:

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelors degreerequiredin Data Analytics Computer Science Engineering Statistics Business ora relatedfield.

  • Masters degree(MBA MS or equivalent) preferred.

Experience and Skills:

  • 810 years of progressive experience in analytics business intelligence data science or related technical roles.

  • Demonstrated experience leading analytics or insights teams in a complex matrixed organization.

  • Strongexpertisein analytics platforms data visualization tools and data management concepts.

  • Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable analytics and technology solutions.

  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders through data-driven insights and storytelling.

  • Strong strategic thinking problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting commercial medical device or healthcare businesses.

  • Knowledge of advanced analytics predictive modeling automation and emerging technologies.

  • Experience working with large global data environments and cross-regional teams.

  • Familiarity with data governance privacy and regulatory requirements in a regulated industry.

  • Prior experience driving digital or analytics transformation initiatives.

Other:

  • Language: Englishrequired.

  • Travel: Up to 10% primarily domestic.

  • Certifications: Analytics data science or technology certifications preferred but notrequired.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

85000.00 - 146050.00
