Regional Supply Chain Manager
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly strategic and operationally strong Regional Supply Chain Manager for one of our clients who is a leading distribution licensing and manufacturing company in the Middle East to lead supply chain planning optimization and execution across multiple markets. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient inventory flow supplier coordination logistics excellence and process improvements to support business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Supply Chain Leadership

Develop and implement regional supply chain strategies aligned with commercial and operational goals.

Lead demand planning forecasting and supply planning processes across markets.
Procurement & Supplier Management

Manage sourcing and supplier performance including contract negotiation and relationship management.

Optimize procurement processes for quality cost and reliability.
Inventory Logistics & Distribution

Oversee regional inventory management distribution strategies and warehouse operations.

Ensure accurate inventory levels efficient flow and on-time fulfillment.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Establish and monitor key supply chain KPIs (e.g. inventory turnover OTIF lead times).

Prepare regular performance reports and recommend process improvements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with sales marketing finance and operations teams to ensure alignment of demand forecasts and supply plans.

Support new product introductions and market launches with effective supply coordination.
Risk & Continuous Improvement

Identify supply chain risks and develop contingency plans to minimize disruptions.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and supply chain transformation projects.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration or related field
7 years of progressive supply chain experience with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership capacity
Experience managing multi-market supply chain operations (preferably GCC / MENA)
Strong analytical skills and competency with supply chain systems/ERP tools
Excellent leadership negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced cross-functional environment
Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong plus
