Your Mission

Own and execute digital platform improvements. Translate business needs into:

• Functional launches

• Optimized user flows

• Clean scalable systems

• Measurable gains in conversion and efficiency

Key Responsibilities

• Improve websites landing pages LMS flows CRM connections portals forms and internal tools

• Translate business requirements into specifications user flows wireframes and launch plans

• Coordinate designers developers automation builders and business stakeholders

• Track bugs friction points conversion issues user feedback and platform performance

• Prioritize work based on commercial impact and operational value

• Make platforms easier to use measure and scale

First 90 Days

• Audit priority platforms to identify friction bugs and conversion leaks

• Build a ranked improvement backlog based on business impact

• Launch at least one measurable improvement to a user flow or conversion point

• Establish a consistent release rhythm for digital updates
