Your Role
As BDR Manager you will own and accelerate the outbound-sourced pipeline and conversion to revenue across France Germany and Italy.
Youll lead a high-performing team of 5 multilingual BDRs located in Paris and Barcelona who partner closely with Sales to generate and qualify opportunities from cold and warm outbound motions.
You will orchestrate GTM tactics (account tiering intent and trigger signals multichannel sequences events follow-up) to ensure our prospecting-to-pipeline-to-revenue engine runs smoothly and efficiently.
Your Responsibilities
Team Management: Lead and develop a team of 5 BDRs covering 3 languages. Drive team performance engagement and growth.
Outbound Pipeline & Revenue Accountability: Manage the entire outbound pipeline ensuring high-quality opportunity qualification and facilitating a seamless transition to the Sales team. You are also responsible for the conversion of this pipeline to revenue by rigorously ensuring the quality standards of the created pipeline are met and monitoring the Sales teams work on the opportunities your team sources.
Sales Coaching & Messaging: Regularly listen to BDR calls provide hands-on coaching and continuously improve qualification skills. Champion innovation in prospection techniques in collaboration with our Growth Outbound Manager. Iterate on outbound outreach sequences and messaging.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Sales Operations and Enablement to align goals share feedback and improve processes.
Forecasting & Performance Monitoring: Track weekly monthly and quarterly KPIs. Provide accurate pipeline forecasting and data-driven insights.
Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional initiatives to increase inbound conversion rates and pipeline efficiency.
Your Profile
Proven experience managing a pipeline- or revenue-focused team in a multicultural SaaS environment.
First experience managing an outbound Sales development or Business development team.
Strong sales coaching skills with a track record of improving junior Sales performance.
Confident with Salesforce reporting and analysis.
Knowledgeable on outbound automation tools (Lemlist is a plus) and other innovative prospection techniques.
Comfortable making data-driven decisions and prioritizing based on impact.
Excellent communication and organizational skills with a collaborative mindset.
Fluent in English (French or another European language is a plus).
Available to work from our Paris office 4 days a week. Relocation can be arranged.
