Co-Marketing Activation Lead Ads New Ventures CW Role Overview This role sits within the Ads New Ventures team and serves as the operational lead for end-to-end co-marketing activations. The position acts as a critical bridge between the Marketing Media Co-Marketing Creative and Our client Sales teams to ensure that all co-branded media is deployed effectively accurately and on schedule. The primary responsibility of this role is the hands-on management of Symbiosys Our clients proprietary activation system which enables advertisers to efficiently deploy mid and lower-funnel budgets and measure using closed loop addition to direct execution this person will own the QA processes and provide essential support for cross-functional team members utilizing Symbiosys-a core product owned by Ads New Ventures. By managing the intersection of internal stakeholders and external agency partners this role is explicitly accountable for delivering successful outcomes for our advertisers while driving growth for both the Our client Ads and Our client Marketing business lines. Core Responsibilities End-to-End Activation Management: Own the full lifecycle of co-marketing campaigns from initial brief and technical setup to final launch and post-campaign validation. Reporting & Attribution: Navigate various optimization systems to monitor performance providing insights on audience targeting strategies and creative optimization to maximize advertiser ROI. Symbiosys System Ownership: Serve as the primary technical lead for the Symbiosys platform managing the deployment of complex mid and lower-funnel budgets and ensuring alignment with advertiser goals. Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the central point of contact for Sales Marketing and Creative teams to translate campaign requirements into tangible activation plans. QA Oversight: Partner closely with internal & external teams responsible for media activation maintaining rigorous QA standards to ensure flawless execution and adherence to platform requirements. Technical Creative Operations: Consult cross functionally on technical aspects of creative trafficking including asset testing specification validation and platform-specific requirements across social and programmatic channels. Product Support (Symbiosys): Provide operational backbone and troubleshooting for internal teams utilizing the Symbiosys product to scale their co-marketing efforts. Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is an execution-oriented professional with a strong technical background in digital media operations-specifically within the co-branded or retail media space. We are looking for someone who is technically agile and comfortable navigating the complexities of multi-platform activations (including Meta TikTok Snapchat YouTube and Programmatic media). Agency experience is a significant plus particularly for candidates who have previously managed high-volume cross-functional co-marketing campaigns. Success in this role requires a proactive problem-solving mindset and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with high levels of ambiguity.
