Senior AI Engineer – AI Lead (New Build Track)

Mission: Own and deliver the end-to-end New Build (NB) agent system on Verizons Vertex AI platform - from
implementation through production rollout and hypercare. Acts as the single technical owner for the NB track.
Key Responsibilities
Lead build of the 6-agent system (Orchestrator Site Design Supervisor Atoll RF Design Build Validation FS Plot
RFDS)
Port and harden existing POC/demo into production using Vertex AI
Implement automated learning loop (auto-classify validate human review writeback)
Co-own MCP servers and shared architecture to avoid divergence between NB vs MODS
Support multi-regional cutover hypercare and platform enhancements
Participate in regional tuning and SME discussions
Must-Have Skills
7 years software engineering
3 years in LLM/agent systems in production
Hands-on with Vertex AI Gemini RAG embeddings
Experience building production AI agents
Strong MCP/tool-calling architecture experience
Multi-agent orchestration and workflow management
Strong Python engineering discipline with testing and CI/CD
Nice-to-Have Skills
Integration with simulation/CLI-based systems
LLM evaluation and validator loops
Multi-region KB/RAG exposure
Telecom / RF domain familiarity
