SAP-ISU Billing Functional Consultant (Remote)

POSITION OVERVIEW The BRIGHT program is a large-scale SAP-ISU EDM billing transformation for Entergy a major US utility provider. This role joins the final technically demanding delivery phase focused on configuring and validating complex billing functionality including multi-OpCo rate logic and complex riders.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Configure and validate complex rate structures billing riders and rate categories within SAP-ISU EDM across multiple operating companies.
• Lead design and solutioning sessions for SMS interruptible service and special rate contract riders.
• Collaborate with developers and Product Owners to translate utility business requirements into technical configurations.
• Review and validate AI-generated base requirements to identify gaps and capture edge-case rate logic.
• Support Functional Unit Testing (FUT) and System Integration Testing (SIT) while managing defect resolution for billing modules.
• Document configuration decisions and design rationale within the program knowledge base.
