POSITION OVERVIEW

This role joins the Application Managed Services team focused on the stability and evolution of enterprise Oracle ecosystems. As a Level 9 Engineer you will serve as a subject matter expert responsible for configuring SaaS applications managing complex releases and ensuring seamless integration across Oracle Fusion and legacy EBS environments.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Configure and support packaged/SaaS applications to adapt features and manage enterprise releases.

• Utilize standard APIs and low-code platforms (APEX) to align solutions with evolving business needs.
• Lead cross-functional meetings to gather requirements and ensure technical alignment on project goals.
• Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance application performance and user experience.
• Mentor junior team members and provide oversight on team decisions and technical deliverables.
• Analyze system performance metrics to identify and execute optimization strategies across multiple teams.
