Job Summary

We are seeking a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist to lead the technical delivery of HR Service Delivery or Customer Service Management solutions. This role requires a consultative expert capable of facilitating discovery workshops to gather customer

requirements and translating them into scalable ServiceNow architectures. The ideal candidate holds a CIS-HRSD or CIS-CSM certification and possesses a strong technical foundation as a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Certified Citizen

Developer. You will be responsible for end-to-end configuration from workflow automation in Flow Designer to ensuring all builds align with ServiceNow out-of-the-box best practices.
