Job Title: Financial Analyst IV

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Financial Analyst IV to join our Corporate Finance team. This role will focus on financial planning and analysis (FP&A) delivering actionable insights and supporting executive decision-making through data-driven storytelling. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in dynamic finance environments and the ability to influence business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance by collecting monitoring and interpreting financial data
- Compare actual results with forecasts and budgets to identify variances and trends
- Develop cost models and determine operational costs using standard costing methods
- Lead financial planning forecasting and reporting processes
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership
- Support investment management and resource planning initiatives
- Build dashboards presentations and financial models for executive stakeholders
- Improve financial processes through automation and system enhancements
- Maintain financial databases ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Reconcile financial transactions and resolve discrepancies
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive business performance
- Ensure confidentiality of financial information
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in finance Accounting Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5 years of FP&A or related financial analysis experience
- Experience in corporate finance and/or global finance environments
- Strong understanding of budgeting forecasting and financial modeling
- Experience presenting financial insights to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a technology company or corporate FP&A environment
- Background in investment management and resource planning
- Experience leading strategic initiatives or organizational change efforts
