Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Financial Analyst IV to join our Corporate Finance team. This role will focus on financial planning and analysis (FP&A) delivering actionable insights and supporting executive decision-making through data-driven storytelling. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in dynamic finance environments and the ability to influence business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial performance by collecting monitoring and interpreting financial data
• Compare actual results with forecasts and budgets to identify variances and trends
• Develop cost models and determine operational costs using standard costing methods
• Lead financial planning forecasting and reporting processes
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership
• Support investment management and resource planning initiatives
• Build dashboards presentations and financial models for executive stakeholders
• Improve financial processes through automation and system enhancements
• Maintain financial databases ensuring data accuracy and integrity
• Reconcile financial transactions and resolve discrepancies
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive business performance
• Ensure confidentiality of financial information

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in finance Accounting Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5 years of FP&A or related financial analysis experience
• Experience in corporate finance and/or global finance environments
• Strong understanding of budgeting forecasting and financial modeling
• Experience presenting financial insights to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a technology company or corporate FP&A environment
• Background in investment management and resource planning
• Experience leading strategic initiatives or organizational change efforts
