We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Financial Analyst IV to join our Corporate Finance team. This role will focus on financial planning and analysis (FP&A) delivering actionable insights and supporting executive decision-making through data-driven storytelling. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in dynamic finance environments and the ability to influence business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze financial performance by collecting monitoring and interpreting financial data
Compare actual results with forecasts and budgets to identify variances and trends
Develop cost models and determine operational costs using standard costing methods
Lead financial planning forecasting and reporting processes
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership
Support investment management and resource planning initiatives
Build dashboards presentations and financial models for executive stakeholders
Improve financial processes through automation and system enhancements
Maintain financial databases ensuring data accuracy and integrity
Reconcile financial transactions and resolve discrepancies
Partner with cross-functional teams to drive business performance
Ensure confidentiality of financial information
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in finance Accounting Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
5 years of FP&A or related financial analysis experience
Experience in corporate finance and/or global finance environments
Strong understanding of budgeting forecasting and financial modeling
Experience presenting financial insights to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a technology company or corporate FP&A environment
Background in investment management and resource planning
Experience leading strategic initiatives or organizational change efforts
Key Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to translate complex financial data into clear compelling narratives
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
Experience with dashboards and reporting tools
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
