Job Summary
Job Title: Business Analyst (QA Analyst SDLC UAT Test Planning & Execution) 13 Years)
Location: Albany NY (Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience eliciting analyzing and maintaining business requirements through collaboration with stakeholders and review of existing system artifacts.
- Proven ability to develop detailed business and process documentation including use cases process flows screen mock-ups and data dictionaries to support system design and implementation.
- Strong experience in test planning and execution including creation of test plans and test cases and performing functional system and regression testing. Ensures comprehensive test coverage through requirements traceability.
- Skilled in identifying documenting and managing application defects tracking issues through resolution and conducting retesting to validate fixes.
- Hands-on experience working with criminal justice and law enforcement systems including applications supporting statistical reporting case disposition processing fingerprint identification criminal history updates sex offender management and tracking of wanted or missing persons.
