Job Summary
- We are looking for a WMS/WCS Consultant with strong expertise in warehouse control systems (Dematic WCS/WCF) and Manhattan WMS. The role focuses on production support issue resolution and system integration across warehouse operations and material handling systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1 & L2 production support for warehouse control systems
- Handle incident management troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Create and manage incident tickets and coordinate with MHE vendors (Dematic)
- Build monitor and maintain WCS/WMS integrations
- Support real-time warehouse operations across multiple distribution centers (East & West Coast)
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
- Ensure smooth functioning of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) systems
- Collaborate with business operations and technical teams
Required Skills & Experience
- 6 10 years of experience in Supply Chain / Warehouse Systems
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Dematic WCS/WCF (Warehouse Control Systems) Mandatory
- Manhattan WMS (WMi/WMS) Preferred
Experience in:
- Production support (L1/L2)
- Incident management and troubleshooting
- Warehouse system integrations (WMS WCS WES MHE)
- Strong understanding of real-time warehouse operations
Technical Skills
- PL/SQL
- Unix / Shell Scripting
- Knowledge of:
- SCI Cognos Reporting (Preferred)
- LMS Configurations (Preferred)
Nice to Have
- Experience working with:
- Amdocs / Similar inventory or warehouse tools (if applicable)
- Exposure to high-volume warehouse environments
- Experience handling multi-DC (Distribution Center) operations
