Job Summary

Functional Analyst (0 5 Years)
Job Type: W2 Contract (W2C)
Role Summary:
Act as a bridge between business and technical teams by gathering requirements analyzing processes and ensuring solutions meet business needs.
Responsibilities:

Gather and document business/functional requirements
Create BRDs FRDs and user stories
Perform process analysis and improvements
Collaborate with developers QA and stakeholders
Support testing UAT and issue resolution

Requirements:

0 5 years in Functional/Business Analyst roles
Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile
Experience with requirement gathering and documentation
Basic SQL or reporting knowledge is a plus
Strong analytical and communication skills
Any IT or business certification is a plus

Additional Information:

Onsite and Hybrid positions are available
Candidate must be located in the US
No relocation
