Job Summary
CASA Sales Relationship Manager Roles & Responsibilities
1. Business Development
- Acquire new customers for CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) products
- Generate leads through field visits referrals and cold calling
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
2. Customer Relationship Management
- Develop long-term relationships with customers
- Understand client needs and provide suitable banking solutions
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
3. Revenue Generation
- Achieve monthly and quarterly CASA targets
- Cross-sell banking products like:
- Insurance
- Loans (Personal Business LAP)
- Credit Cards
- Investment products
4. Portfolio Management
- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of customers
- Increase account balances and transaction volumes
- Monitor account activity and ensure profitability
5. Market & Area Mapping
- Identify potential business opportunities in the assigned territory
- Analyze competitor activities and market trends
- Build strong local networks (DSA dealers corporates SMEs)
6. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all KYC and documentation is complete and accurate
- Follow banking norms policies and regulatory guidelines
- Maintain proper records of client interactions
7. Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations credit product teams)
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports
- Update CRM systems regularly
8. Customer Service
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly
- Ensure smooth onboarding and account activation
