Key Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly closing of books of accounts and preparation ofaccurate insightful MIS reports for management.

• Prepare standalone subsidiary andconsolidatedfinancial statementsin accordance withInd AS / IGAAP ensuring accuracy completeness and compliance.

• Provide support for US GAAP audits ensuringtimelyand efficient completion whilemaintainingthe highest standards of quality.

• Review andmonitormonthly balance sheet schedules ensuringtimelyreconciliations and closure of audit points.

• Drive adherence to Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR) and strengthen governance through periodic control testing and documentation.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracytimelyreporting and alignment with organizationalobjectives.

• Conduct variance analysis and deliver monthly P&L and balance sheet commentaries for investor and management reporting.

• Review monthly payroll accounting and ensure accuracy in employee cost reporting.

• Support tax assessments through preparation of reconciliations and workings for the tax team.

• Contribute to merger and restructuring initiatives including preparation of financial statements solvency certificates and responses to RD/OL questionnaires.

• Ensure compliance with RBI/FEMA regulations including FLA returns RBI due diligence capex surveys and related submissions.

Skills & Competencies

• Qualified / Semi-qualified CA/ICMAwitha strong foundationin accounting and financialcontrols.(Freshersupto4 years experience)

• Proven experience in financial reporting audit and compliance management.

• Strong analytical coordination and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Proficiencyin advanced MS Office applications; Oracle ERP experience preferred.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.

• Process-oriented and self-driven with a structured approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-accountability environment with multiple priorities.
