Senior UIUX Designer

Within the a departement of our client they design and deliver digital solutions that support critical airline and road transportation operations worldwide. Theye are looking for an experiencedUI/UX Designerwho can translate complex business processes into intuitive efficient web and mobile applications.

You will work closely with front-end and back-end developers project managers business analysts and domain experts across multiple addition you will contribute to shaping and maintaining UI/UX standards within our department in alignment with the global client UI/UX team.

Key responsibilities

• Designuser-friendly web and mobile applicationsusing modern front-end frameworks
• Createuser flows low-fidelity wireframes high-fidelity mock-ups and interactive prototypes
• Participate in the creation ofuser stories
• Deliver designs thatincrease engineering team productivity
• Designcomplex input and visualization screens(e.g. tables trees tree tables charts autocomplete fields picklists)
• Ensure aconsistent and scalable user experienceacross applications
• Applyuser-centered design principles based on business requirements customer journeys user feedback and usability findings
• Communicate and present design decisions clearly to product teams engineering teams business stakeholders and leadership
• Establish document and maintainUI/UX design principles and guidelines
• Collaborate in amulticultural cross-functional environment

• Daily experience withdesign and prototyping tools preferablyFigma
• Strong experience inweb mobile and responsive design
• Experience creatingconsistent end-to-end user experiences
• Experience withuser research usability testing personas and data-informed design decisions
• Ability to perform effectively in afast-paced environmentwhile meeting deadlines
• Analytical inquisitive mindset with strong conceptual thinking skills
