Job Title - Dynamics 365 F&O/Dynamics AX / CRM AI / Sales

Experience - 8 - 12 Years

Location - PAN India

Notice - Immediate to 30 Days

Requirement:-

• 8 Years Minimum Experience in AX .
• 5 End-to-End implementation experiences is must.
• Core Product knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Dynamics AX 2012 R3
• Core finance domain knowledge.
• Strong knowledge in General ledger AR AP Fixed asset Budget Cash and Bank management Project accounting COA.
• Strong knowledge for configuration i.e. COA structure definition
• Logical mapping of number sequence accounting structure setup Dimension setup ledger allocation and re-paid accounting
• Various tax setup Automatic bank reconciliation Asset and depreciation Project Project contract Project hierarchy setup
• WBS estimation and elimination timesheet revenue recognition etc.
• Good understanding for business process and data migration through data entities
• Good experience in requirement gathering workshop presentation and application demo.
• Good in project documentation - FRD FDD User guide Fit-gap etc.
• Functional solution design for customization - process report and integration
• Experience in end-to-end project implementation various phases of project lifecycle.
• Finance Accounting experience and CA/ICWA is a plus.
• AX Certification is a plus.
• Deep Functional Expertise in
• Dynamics 365 Sales.
• Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
• Dynamics 365 Contact Center.
• Dynamics 365 Project Operations- different deployment types and industry applicability.
• Dynamics Field Service.
• Dynamics 365 CI- Data and Journeys.
• Power Apps/ Power automate / AI builder.
• Copilot Studio Apps - Solutioning.
• Co-pilot - Embedded Apps.
• Engage with Project/ SMU / Domain teams in building Solutions specific to use cases
• Ability to engage business stakeholders for - Requirement gathering/ Problem solving while delivering Demonstrations.
• Good POV in specific scenarios/ Industry use cases.
• Ability to Support Pre-sales in pro-active pursuits -minimum of 7-8 years of experience being in GTM situations.
• Minimum of 2 Full cycle implementation of CE Apps.
• Experienced Dynamics 365 architect hands-on in utilizing Azure components for Integration and extension scenarios.
• Expert level in either Dynamics 365 CE Apps or Dynamics 365 Finance Supply Chain- Functional expertise.
• 3 Platform extension experience using either of Power apps /X/ Azure iPAAS/ C#.net custom apps .
• Experienced in Copilot Studio Solution Design and delivery for real world scenarios.
• Experienced in deploying some of the following in real world scenarios - Azure Cognitive Service Azure AI Search Document intelligence content understanding Vision Voice Language Speech and other Azure AI Foundry tools.
• Appreciation of different LLMs and purpose of deployment for various business scenarios.
• Custom AI solutions development and deployment experience on top of Dynamics 365 Platform.
• Minimum of 12 years of overall experience.
