Job Title - AEM FullStack Developer / Tech Lead
Experience - 7 - 12 Years
Location - Bangalore / Hyderabad / Chennai
Notice - Immediate to 30 /90 Days
Requirement:-
We are looking for a driven passionate Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Full Stack developer / senior technical leader responsible for designing implementing and overseeing the end-to-end architecture of AEM-based solutions.This role requires expertise in both front-end and back-end development integrating AEM with other systems and ensuring high-quality scalable and performant solutions. Also bridge the gap between complex business requirements and technical execution ensuring that digital platforms are scalable secure and high-performing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Development:
Designing developing and deploying AEM-based solutions including custom components templates Content Fragments Experience Fragments services and workflows. Define the strategy for content modeling workflows and multi-site management (MSM)
- Front-end Development:
Building responsive accessible and performant user interfaces using HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript and frameworks like Angular or React.
- Back-end Development:
Developing server-side logic using Java Sling OSGi and JCR within the AEM framework.
- AEM Core Components:
Utilizing and customizing AEM Core Components Sling Models and HTL.
- Integration:
Integrating AEM with other systems and third-party applications(like CRMs E-commerce platforms and other Adobe Experience Cloud products such as Analytics and Target) through APIs (RESTful etc.) and web services.
- Cloud & Infrastructure:
Design and manage architectures forAEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) including dispatcher configurations CDN caching strategies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Testing and Debugging:
Ensuring code quality through unit testing integration testing and debugging.
- Collaboration:
Working closely with UX/UI designers project managers and lead development teams across sprints providing guidance on best practices and conducting code reviews to ensure quality and performance standards
- Troubleshooting:
Identifying and resolving technical issues related to AEM applications.
Required Skills and Experience:
- AEM Expertise:Strong understanding of AEM architecture components templates workflows and authoring environment.
- Front-end Technologies:Proficiency in HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular React).
- Back-end Technologies:Experience with Java Sling OSGi and JCR.
- AEM Core Components:Experience with AEM Core Components templates Content Fragments Experience Fragments services workflows Sling Models and HTL.
- API Integration:Experience integrating AEM with other systems using RESTful APIs and web services.
- Testing and Debugging:Experience with unit testing integration testing and debugging.
- Cloud Experience:Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service including dispatcher configurations CDN caching strategies and cloud deployment technologies or CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Kubernetes Docker).
- SDLC:Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Additional Skills (Plus):
- Experience with Adobe Launch Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics.
- Knowledge of Search technologies (e.g. Lucid works Apache Solr).
- Experience with integration platforms like MuleSoft and Salesforce.
- Familiarity with Headless AEM implementations.
- Experience with Git and Cloud Manager deployment
Experience & Qualifications
- Professional Background: Typically requires10-12 yearsin enterprise IT with at least5-6 yearsspecifically focused on AEM architecture and implementation.
- Certifications:Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) - AEM Architectis highly preferred and often mandatory for senior roles.
