About the Role:

We are looking for a highly experienced React Lead to drive the architecture design and development of scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will combine strong hands-on expertise in React and cloud-native deployments with the ability to lead teams define best practices and ensure high-quality technical delivery.

This role requires both technical leadership and active contribution to development focusing on building modern high-performance applications deployed on Google Cloud Platform using containerized environments.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership:

• Lead architecture design and development of scalable high-performance web applications using React and .
• Define frontend architecture coding standards and best practices.
• Ensure scalability maintainability and performance of applications.
• Drive technical decision-making and technology adoption.

Team Leadership & Mentorship:

• Mentor developers through code reviews technical guidance and pair programming.
• Lead design discussions architecture reviews and technical planning.
• Ensure engineering excellence and adherence to standards.

Cloud & DevOps Ownership:

• Lead deployments on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) including Cloud Run GKE Pub/Sub and Storage.
• Implement containerization using Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes.
• Define and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
• Ensure system reliability observability and security.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with Product Backend DevOps and QA teams.
• Ensure seamless integration with backend APIs and microservices.
• Participate in sprint planning estimation and technical roadmap planning.

Frontend:

• TypeScript and advanced JavaScript (ES6)

• Performance optimization and component architecture
