The Opportunity

Join the team as Project Coordinator for the TRACK-FA study coordinating a complex multi-site program across seven academic institutions. The role provides high-level oversight of neuroimaging clinical cognitive and blood marker components to ensure efficient delivery through to completion. Working in a job-share arrangement with a Research Officer it supports consortium operations stakeholder engagement and study close-out including the archiving of data biospecimens and documentation.

The role is central to maintaining strong project operations including development and monitoring of project plans protocols and assessment schedules. It supports ethics submissions and amendments oversees milestone reporting and ensures timelines and deliverables are met. It also contributes to data management and integrity using REDCap coordinates consortium communications and oversees sponsor financial processes in line with governance and compliance requirements.

We are seeking someone with a tertiary qualification in health biomedical or clinical sciences or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and training with completed training in Good Clinical Practice (GCP). Demonstrated expertise in project coordination and administration is also required along with experience managing large-scale clinical research projects particularly in the close-out phase. Knowledge of clinical research processes including ethics and experience using REDCap is also highly desirable.
