Your Mission

• You installmaintain repair and troubleshoot our complex industrial 3D printers atourcustomer sites.
• You are a competent and reliable partner forourcustomers when you provide system introduction and customer basictrainings.
• Your area of responsibilitydoesntstop with personal contact: You also advise customersand colleagues on the telephone to pass on your knowledge.
• Our development in the role will includeparticipatein intensive in-house trainings onoursystems and technology at our headquarters in Germany.
• Consulting and support of clients when it comes to service cases and handlingcomplicated cases through the escalation management process; involving the rightinterfaces at the right time and make sure excellent service work is done.

Your Talents

• Certification within electrical/mechanical engineering or similar oreducation as a Mechatronics Engineer Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineer(Vyhláška č.50/78 Sb. - 6)
• A passion to learn and become a Certified Technicianin the area ofelectro-technology
• Experience as a Field Service Engineer and inprofessional dealings with customers and complex machines preferable within the AdditiveManufacturing industryis a plus
• You are living in the Czech Republic have a car driving license& bring an extensive willingness to travel
• Very good English skills
• Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 25 kg.
