Quality & Compliance Manager

We currently have an opportunity for a Quality & Compliance Manager.Join our Government and Infrastructure Management team to support thegovernance assurance and continual improvement of quality GMP EHS and compliance systems within a pharmaceutical / highly regulated operating environment. Reporting to the Senior Facility Manager youll work alongside a diverse group of professionals to create safe compliant and highquality outcomes that support critical operations.

What Youll Do

This role offers a broad scope with key responsibilities including:

• Own and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) for the contract ensuring alignment to client GMP requirements regulatory expectations and Downer standards.
• Ensure all IFM activities comply with GMP EHS Zero Harm statutory and contractual obligations.
• Plan coordinate and support internal audits client audits regulatory inspections and supplier audits.
• Manage deviations non-conformances and quality events impacting IFM services.
• Ensure role based GMP EHS and compliance training for all Downer staff and subcontractors is current effective and documented.

What Youll Bring

• Extensive experience in a pharmaceutical GMP life sciences or comparably regulated environment.
• Demonstrated experience in quality systems compliance auditing deviation management and CAPA.
• Experience working with large onsite operational teams and subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of GMP EHS and regulatory (TGA OGTR) expectations in facilities or technical services.
• Ability to build effective relationships with Client Quality Operations and Engineering stakeholders.
