Customer Service Representative (US Campaign) in Midrand

About the Role

A rapidly growing customer experience operation is seeking Customer Service Representatives to support an international client account. This role is ideal for customer-focused professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable working rotational shifts aligned with international time zones.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team supporting global customers while building valuable experience within an international customer service environment.

Work Schedule

This position requires flexibility to work night and rotational shifts aligned to international time zones.

Shift patterns may include:

  • 3:00 PM 3:00 AM
  • 3:00 AM 3:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service across multiple communication channels
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Resolve customer concerns while maintaining high service standards
  • Accurately capture and update customer information within internal systems
  • Meet performance quality and productivity targets
  • Collaborate effectively with team leaders and peers
  • Maintain professionalism in all customer interactions

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Matric is essential
  • Prior experience in a BPO/contact center environment preferred
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Clear professional and internationally understandable speaking ability
  • Strong listening comprehension and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced target-driven environment
  • Flexibility to work rotational and overnight shifts
