About Us

Peak Potential Therapy is a growing provider of ABA Speech and Occupational Therapy services dedicated to improving the lives of children with autism and related developmental needs. We focus on high-quality individualized care and building strong relationships with families and our clinical team.

What Youll Do

• Assist in managing and supporting an assigned ABA caseload
• Provide direct supervision and guidance to RBTs in the field and clinic
• Support implementation of treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA
• Collect and review data to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Assist with assessments program updates and clinical documentation
• Collaborate with BCBAs Clinical Director and team members
• Maintain timely and compliant documentation
• Support a consistent and structured clinical environment

What This Role Is and Is Not

• A hands-on clinical role with direct impact on clients and RBTs
• A support role working closely with BCBAs and leadership
• Flexible scheduling based on availability and caseload needs
• An opportunity to grow toward a BCBA role if desired

Qualifications

• BCaBA certification required
• Ohio certification required
• Bachelors degree in ABA Psychology Education or related field
• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disorders
• Strong understanding of ABA principles
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a clinical team

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly rate: $28 $35 per hour based on experience
• Part-time and full-time opportunities available
