Reporting to the Senior Reward Manager Analytics this role sits within the Performance & Reward team a dynamic and collaborative group delivering insights and analytics that inform highimpact performance and reward programmes.

The team works closely with Performance and Reward and People Partners to support strategic decisionmaking and continuous improvement.

Whats the role

Youll step into a hands-on analytics role where your expertise really matters. As Reward Analytics Manager you will lead with influence be the go-to subject matter expert for SQL and Power BI shaping how performance and reward data is governed interpreted and used across the business.

Youll design and maintain robust reward analytics databases and dashboards set clear standards and reinforce strong governance and protocols. Your work will help leaders make confident data led decisions while reducing manual reporting and key person dependency.

Youll partner closely with People Reward and enterprise data teams providing strategic insight coaching others and lifting capability across the function. This role suits someone who enjoys balancing deep technical work with collaboration and continuous improvement.

What do I need

To enable and optimise our Performance and Reward strategy through data led insight robust analytics and strong governance youll bring:

  • Deep hands-on expertise in SQL with the confidence to lead end to end analytics across the performance and reward cycle and be the trusted subject matter expert.
  • Strong experience using Power BI or similar tools to deliver accurate transparent and commercially sound insights that inform decision making.
  • The ability to design maintain and govern analytics solutions reinforcing clear standards protocols and data integrity.
  • Experience translating complex reward and market data into clear actionable insights that drive continuous improvement.
  • Confidence partnering across the business influencing stakeholders and lifting capability through coaching and shared best practice.
