Job Purpose and Impact
The Field Representative -Equine (Open to Remote within US) will participate in face-to-face and remote selling to the companys new and existing customers selling directly or indirectly through various sales this role you will help assess equine customer needs and suggest appropriate products services and business role is part of the sales team in Animal Nutrition will support the state of Alabama and Mississippi 80% travel is required to cover the territory.
Key Accountabilities
- Development and delivery of sales proposals and conducting detailed presentations for effective business planning and promotions.
- Build a business plan for each account developing strong client relationships.
- Plan daily activities including customer visits and establish quantitative and qualitative objectives to achieve.
- Follow market and competition evolution relaying information to senior staff.
- Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degreein a related field ORequivalent experience
- Minimum of two years of related work experience in sales retail business development or related field
- Agricultural or animal health & nutrition experience
- Ability to travel locally up to 80% of the time
- Valid drivers license in good standing
Preferred Qualifications
- Five or more years of sales experience
- Strong proven equine experience
- Masters degree in animal nutrition or related field
- Salesforce and Microsoft Office experience

The expected salary for this position is $. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location certifications education and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.
