Lead the Future of GRC (Governance Risk &Compliance) Technology!

Key Responsibilities

• Build high-performing AI-enabled teams that deliver real value fastespecially within our Budapest Global Center for Product Innovation
• Lead engineering for one or more of our strategic products driving design delivery and quality across multiple agile teams
• Architect for the future: Define technical strategy system architecture and integration of AI/ML-powered components
• Champion engineering best practicesfrom design and security reviews to continuous delivery and reliability
• Infuse AI into the product: Identify prioritize and implement opportunities for machine learning NLP and intelligent automation
• Be acultural builder: Create a space for innovation ownership and continuous learning
• Partner across disciplinesProduct Design Data Scienceto deliver high-impact outcomes
• Ensure ethical secure and privacy-conscious implementation of AI and data capabilities
• Inspire through leadership: Mobilize the team in moments that matter from solving critical customer issues to celebrating key wins
• Contribute tocompany-wide strategy and help shape the future of Diligents global technology organization

Requiered Experiences/Skills

• 7 years of engineering leadership experience including multiple years building SaaS products
• A strong track record ofscaling products and teams especially in fast-moving innovative companies
• Passion formentoring engineering leaders and building inclusive high-performance cultures
• Deep familiarity with modern cloud-native architecture
• Experience withAI/ML platforms and integrating AI into customer-facing products
• Understanding ofAI ethics data governance and responsible AI principles
• Proven success in leading agile delivery at scale and fostering DevOps/SRE mindsets
• Sharp business instincts with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive product strategy
• Excellent communication and influence skills at executive and organizational levels
