Laboratory Technician (Fragrance & Beauty) 1 year contract - Your future position

Location: Singapore Pioneer

Reports to: Application Lab Team leader

As Laboratory Technician you will support the sample preparation process for evaluations and also prepare application samples for the creation of winning perfumes. Additionally you will support the day-to-day deliverables in wash test lab.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensuring smooth operation of wash test lab ensuring the test substrates (towels singlets etc) are properly prepared and washers are clean and free from fragrances.
• Ensuring the oil inventory in our application lab is properly managed.
• Prepare application market research and stability test samples for neat and in-use evaluation and ensure samples meet quality standards.
• Support the lab management activities to ensure efficient lab operations
• Participate/ lead in lab projects to support continuous improvement.
• Handle equipment to prepare samples or measurements as needed
• Ensure the companys Health and Safety policy is followed
• Ensure good housekeeping

Primary Qualifications:

Diploma in Perfumery Chemistry Chemical Process Technology or related field

No color blindness

No allergy to scent and soap/surfactant based products
