Credit Controller

We currently have an exciting position available for a Credit Controller to be based at our branch in Head Office.

You are responsible for
Inclusive of but not limited to:

• Actively follow up on collections on suspended clients to maximize collections and client retention.
• Review and approve/decline requests for extended payment terms
• Reconcile customer accounts and statements where required.
• Resolve customer queries and credits with the debtors team members on ad hoc requests.
• Ensure all suspended customers are escalated and reported to the regional manager with sufficient notes from the debtors team.
• Assistance with external audit queries.
• Managing the companys legal debtors accounts and reporting to Manco.

Package & Remuneration:

Salary: R24 500 - R27 500 CTC per month

Qualifications :

Youll need a customer-first mindset and the following skills to succeed in this role:

• Grade 12
• Credit Management Certificate (Level 2 Minimum)
• Intermediate to Advanced MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook)
• Sage Intact experience (advantageous)
• At least 5 years of experience in Debtors/Collections
• Highly skilled in accounts collection.
• Be task-oriented.
• Must have medium-level mathematical skills.
• High attention to detail where speed and accuracy are critical.
• Investigative and perseverance skills.
• Data processing skills and accuracy.
