Job Summary
Our client in the telecommunications sector is looking for a Credit Note Specialist on a contract duration of 9 months.
Role purpose:
To ensure the accurate timely and policy-compliant processing approval and reporting of credit notes within the monthly billing cycle. The Credit Note Specialist supports revenue assurance compliance and operational efficiency by managing credit note workflows performing quality checks and collaborating with finance billing and business stakeholders.

Must have technical/professional qualifications:
- Matric or Equivalent (Essential) A 3-year tertiary qualification minimum NQF
- Level 7 majoring in IT Systems/Data Analysis/Finance/Business (advantage).
- 3 years experience in credit note management billing operations and revenue assurance within a large organization preferably in the telecommunications or financial services sector.
- 2 years experience in project management.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction analysis and reporting to support revenue assurance activities and executive reporting requirements.
- Experience in developing maintaining and updating process documentation and policies to ensure alignment with best practices and compliance requirements.
- Detailed knowledge of Siebel (advantageous).
- Experience in the telecommunications industry (advantageous).
