Job Title: Consultant / Senior Consultant Manhattan OMS

Role Overview

As part of our Supply Chain & Digital Commerce practice you will work on large-scale Order Management System (OMS) transformation programs leveraging Manhattan OMS (Active Omni / DOM) to enable seamless omnichannel order orchestration. You will contribute to solution design implementation and support while collaborating with cross-functional and global teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end Manhattan OMS implementations including design configuration development and testing
• Work closely with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable OMS solutions
• Configure and customize Manhattan Active Omni / DOM modules across order capture promising fulfillment and returns
• Develop and integrate APIs/services with enterprise systems (ERP WMS eCommerce platforms)
• Support cutover go-live and hypercare activities
• Provide L2/L3 support including incident resolution RCA and performance optimization
• Contribute to solution architecture design documentation and best practices
• Participate in Agile delivery models including sprint planning stand-ups and retrospectives

Required Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience with Manhattan OMS (MAO/DOM) implementations
• Strong understanding of omnichannel retail and order management processes
• Technical expertise in Java Spring REST/SOAP APIs XML/JSON
• Experience with system integrations and middleware frameworks
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA etc.)
• Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in retail eCommerce or supply chain transformation programs
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and microservices architecture
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Understanding of end-to-end supply chain systems (OMS WMS TMS ERP)
