Location: Kochi
Salary: 50000 – 60000 per monthExperience: Minimum 5 years of experience in airline ticketing visa processing and travel operations.
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Travel Consultant with expertise in airline ticketing visa processing and travel operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of domestic & international travel bookings visa documentation customer service and GDS systems.
Key Responsibilities
Manage domestic & international flight reservations ticketing reissuance cancellations and refunds.
Handle visa applications documentation embassy coordination and application tracking.
Provide travel advice itinerary planning and customer support.
Coordinate with airlines travel partners embassies and internal teams for smooth travel operations.
Ensure compliance with airline policies visa regulations and travel documentation requirements.
Maintain accurate booking records reports and customer databases.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Travel & Tourism Hospitality Business Administration or related field.
Strong knowledge of GDS systems such as Amadeus Galileo or Sabre.
Excellent communication customer service and problem-solving skills.
ATA/UFTAA certification will be an added advantage.
