Showroom Consultant
Job Summary
What Youll Do
- Deliver an elevated luxury-level customer experience
- Guide clients through product selections for kitchens bathrooms and custom spaces
- Build strong relationships with designers builders and discerning homeowners
- Create quotes manage orders and oversee projects from start to finish
- Stay organized while managing multiple client timelines
- Develop deep product knowledge (with full training and support)
- Contribute to the presentation and standards of a high-end showroom
- Take pride in your work and ownership of your client experience

Experience in retail hospitality fashion design or sales is a strong asset.
Plumbing or showroom experience is welcome but not required. We train the right person.

Qualifications :
- Grade 12 diploma or equivalent; College and/or University degree an asset
- A minimum of 2 years of experience with customer service or sales; plumbing kitchen or bathroom showroom sales preferred
- Valid drivers licence with a clean drivers abstract
- Ability to gain comprehensive knowledge of products on display at the Showroom able to suggest appropriate product to suit customers needs and promote the value-added services
- Knowledge of kitchen and bath design trends
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software
- Outstanding customer service and verbal communication skills
- Excellent relationship building skills with customers vendors and teammates
- Able to identify customer needs provide solutions and close the sale
- Possess excellent project management skills
- Able to learn and operate the applicable software system used to process orders
- Intermediate math skills
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience with or knowledge of products sold in the plumbing kitchen or bathroom showrooms
Additional Information :
Salary Range - $38000-$44000
