Showroom Consultant

What Youll Do

• Deliver an elevated luxury-level customer experience
• Guide clients through product selections for kitchens bathrooms and custom spaces
• Build strong relationships with designers builders and discerning homeowners
• Create quotes manage orders and oversee projects from start to finish
• Stay organized while managing multiple client timelines
• Develop deep product knowledge (with full training and support)
• Contribute to the presentation and standards of a high-end showroom
• Take pride in your work and ownership of your client experience

Plumbing or showroom experience is welcome but not required. We train the right person.

Qualifications :

• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent; College and/or University degree an asset
• A minimum of 2 years of experience with customer service or sales; plumbing kitchen or bathroom showroom sales preferred
• Valid drivers licence with a clean drivers abstract
• Ability to gain comprehensive knowledge of products on display at the Showroom able to suggest appropriate product to suit customers needs and promote the value-added services
• Knowledge of kitchen and bath design trends
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software
• Outstanding customer service and verbal communication skills
• Excellent relationship building skills with customers vendors and teammates
• Able to identify customer needs provide solutions and close the sale
• Possess excellent project management skills
• Able to learn and operate the applicable software system used to process orders
• Intermediate math skills

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience with or knowledge of products sold in the plumbing kitchen or bathroom showrooms

Additional Information :

Salary Range - $38000-$44000
