Job Summary

Are you a document management expert Are you recognized for your ability to coordinate and organize documents files and information entrusted to you Would you like to put your expertise in document access and database maintenance to work Join our multidisciplinary team and play a key role in document management at Lemay.

What You Will Accomplish with Us

  • Conduct information research and respond to internal user requests.
  • Provide technical support for the firms document management activities including:
    • Project close-out;
    • Document filing and archiving.
    • Digital file and folder migration.
    • Internal and external document transfers.
    • Document quality control and compliance.
  • Enter and update data across various systems.
  • Participate in the testing and implementation of document management strategies and tools.
  • Ensure that all documents and deliverables are filed in a compliant and structured manner on the following platforms: SharePoint Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and Aconex.
  • Open structure and maintain deliverable submission folders.
  • Produce weekly reports on document submissions.
  • Keep document registers up to date.
  • Validate in collaboration with project teams that all deliverables are complete and compliant.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of documentation practices and grow within the team with opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications :

  • College diploma (DEC) in documentation techniques or a related field.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in document management or archives.
  • Strong proficiency with technology particularly Office 365 (Teams SharePoint Outlook).
  • Experience with an integrated document management system (a strong asset).
  • Excellent organizational skills autonomy and a high level of discretion.
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and processing.
  • A strong internal customer service mindset.
  • Bilingualism required English and French both written and spoken as youll be assigned on Quebec based projects.
