Digital Marketing Lead
Job Summary
The Role
As a key member of the APAC Digital Marketing team this role is pivotal in managing ad operations campaigns across the region. While Singapore serves as the primary market the role also extends support to other markets driving alignment and sharing best practices across SEEK. This role will be directly reporting to Regional Head of Digital Marketing Operations with managing expectation from Head of Marketing from the country and local countrys marketing team
The Team
As Country Digital Lead it is essential to actively collaborate with both COEs teams Search & Mobile as well as Performance Ops driving operational excellence and optimising performance marketing efforts
- Seamless cooperation with Search & Mobile expertise who manages Singapores SEM & App activities
- Partner with the Digital & Media COEs team to align APAC missions KPIs and priorities at the local level driving marketing priorities quality visits and measurable ROI across both candidate and hirer segments
- Translate COE best practices to local teams and maximizing country cooperation to deliver unified APAC digital and media outcomes.
Local Marketing
As Country Digital Lead local marketing teams are core day-to-day stakeholders making it essential to maintain close and consistent collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with local country marketing teams to drive joint projects and manage ad-hoc tasks. This involves maintaining open and thoughtful communication to thoroughly understand and address each markets unique challenges.
- Foster a collaborative environment where country-specific challenges are met with strategic solutions and reinforcing a seamless connection between APAC digital initiatives and local execution.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
- Execute media buy campaigns and ad performance analysis with seamless experience from planning buying budgeting media planning media buying to performance optimization.
- Analyze post-campaign results and recommending refinements. Supports performance analysis including identifying performance drivers recommending an appropriate course of action evaluating progress and escalating as necessary
- Oversee the planning execution and optimization of multi-channel paid digital marketing campaigns specially Display Social & Video etc.
- Work close with other Digitals COE teams for various areas such as SEM App & AdTech.
Local Marketing
- Main support and stakeholders will be in Singapore; the ideal candidate will also support other markets and collaborate closely with other Digital Leads across SEEK particularly in other inhouse markets such as Australia New Zealand and Hong Kong
- Support local Singapore digital marketing initiatives across candidate and hirer to drive meaningful outcomes and achieve marketing OKRs
- Provide responsive and reliable support to local country marketing teams for ad-hoc digital marketing tasks ensuring country teams are well-equipped and unblocked in their day-to-day marketing operations.
- Facilitate regular touchpoints and open discussions between local and APAC teams to maintain transparency and strategic cohesion.
Qualifications :
Essential Qualifications Skills and Experience
This position requires consulting marketing and analytical skills as well as a proven track record working within a team environment and across multiple departments and disciplines to actively manage the planning and buying of digital media campaigns through all steps of the planning process. The successful candidate will have:
- 5 years of experience working in digital marketing ad operation media buying and media technology platforms
- A proven track record in managing very large and mix scale of media buy campaigns
- Can work individually for managing end-to-end for over 10 digital campaigns in the markets (mainly display video & social)
- A good knowledge of the media and how strategy planning influences it
- Skilled in setting up ads on digital ads platform ie Meta Youtube Tiktok.
- Strong ad and performance analytical skills
- Hands-on experience with a CDP GA4 Looker Studio to build and enrich customer profile for omnichannel marketing
