Job Summary
AIM Recycling is currently looking for an Electrician to join its team at our Montreal - East location. This is a permanent full time position on a rotation night shift. Reporting to the Electrical Department Supervisor the C-licensed electrician will install repair and maintain electrical and automation systems.
What youre responsible for:
- Maintain property and equipment under his/her jurisdiction in good condition in accordance with the Quebec Electrical Code;
- Identify investigate and diagnose equipment failures irregularities and malfunctions and apply corrective measures promptly;
- Promote and suggest ways to improve productivity and quality.
- Follow calibration methods and procedures;
- Carry out preventive maintenance safety items and work required by production for the smooth running of the operation;
- Keep work areas clean and safe.
Qualifications :
To join our team:
- You have a DEP in Electricity;
- You have a C license;
- You have minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing and/or heavy industry;
Additional Information :
- Overtime paid at time and a half;
- Full-time permanent position
