Salary range: $91138 per annum (pro-rata) 13.5% superannuation.
About the role
This role is responsible for working collaboratively across the organisation to deliver agile professional people-centred services that support the Citys strategic direction and values to enable the City to attract develop engage and retain the best talent and provide a seamless and engaging candidate experience.
Role accountabilities include:
- Deliver end-to-end recruitment services: job design advertising shortlisting interviews probity checks offers onboarding and induction.
- Create and review position descriptions and coordinate Mercer classification assessments.
- Develop and implement talent acquisition and management strategies aligned with City values and strategic goals.
- Partner with leaders and the Organisational Development Team to coach on career planning using the capability framework.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure consistent candidate communication.
- Offer expert HR advice across policies legislation and enterprise agreements.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant frameworks and agreements.
- You will champion diversity equity and inclusion drive innovative talent strategies and ensure every candidate and employee enjoys a seamless engaging experience.
