Back Office Operations

Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Back Office Operations to manage and optimize vehicle transportation processes across our network.
Your Responsibilities:
- Coordinate vehicle transportation between different hubs while monitoring capacity levels
- Track and analyze KPIs identifying gaps and proposing improvements
- Analyze logistics data to optimize processes and performance
- Negotiate and secure transport and storage capacity
- Support daily operations during peak periods or team absences
- Resolve logistics issues (delays breakdowns capacity constraints) and provide effective solutions
Qualifications :
Qualifications
- Strong follow-up skills with a proactive high-energy approach to managing operations and ensuring accountability from transport partners
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple ongoing orders simultaneously
- Ability to monitor transport performance and take ownership of open orders
- Confident in communicating with external partners including conducting calls with carriers
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Fluent in English (min. B2); French is a strong plus
- Masters degree in Engineering Business or a related field
Additional Information :
The place of work will be at the headquarters of AUTO1 Albania Rruga Dritan Hoxha Laprake and the shifts provide a total of 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday.
