Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Responsible for cost management procurement support and contract administration for Design & Build data center projects
- Prepare cost estimates budgets and cost plans for CSA works at various project stages
- Monitor project costs track variations and support value engineering initiatives
- Conduct cost analysis and benchmarking for civil structural and architectural elements
- Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations and provide recommendations
- Prepare and review tender documents BOQs and cost breakdowns for CSA packages
- Assist in the administration of subcontracts and main contracts for CSA scope
- Assess and certify progress claims variation orders and final accounts
- Manage contract documentation and ensure compliance with contractual terms
- Review subcontractor progress claims and prepare payment recommendations
- Work closely with project managers engineers and consultants on CSA matters
- Provide cost advice during design development and construction phases
Requirements
- Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Building / Civil Engineering or equivalent
- At least 3 years experience in CSA quantity surveying or construction projects
- In-depth understanding of construction materials pricing and industry
- Understand bid/tender documents/drawings/specification
