Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying Building Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum 35 years of relevant experience in large-scale infrastructure or civil projects (roads tunnels or MRT)
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost control practices.
- Proficient in measurement cost estimation software and MS Office applications.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to work in fast-paced project environments.
