Facilities Operation Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

BROAD FUNCTIONS:

• Responsible for smooth operations of the plant utilities system
• Coordinate and provide support to production / manufacturing needs
• Coordinate and execute Facilities cost saving & improvement programs
• Ensure all the subscribe system are maintained
• Lead and liaise with relevant local government agencies & contractors
• Lead and develop direct reports

Regular

• Oversee and lead the team to establish procedure system monitoring & preventive maintenance to ensure smooth operation
• Identify system weakness and implement improvement/enhancement project to ensure smooth operation
• Lead facilities operation team to support production / manufacturing needs
• Lead facilities operation team in review & analyse the operating data to optimize the Facilities operating system
• Plan supervise and lead the team in execute cost saving & improvement program
• Control operating expenses to ensure within budget
• Ensure compliance to IMS ISO9000 ISO14000 Contamination Control Housekeeping & Safety
• Liaise with contractor consultant on the facilities related matters
• Lead and develop direct reports through hands-on and proper training.
• Carry out special task as assigned by Senior Manager/ Dept. Head
• Support the activities to the company needs

Qualifications :

Educational Certification & Licenses Required :   

• At least Degree in Engineering or equivalent

Skill Required :        

• Hands on in plant utilities system.
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing at all organizational levels including external agencies

Experience :

• 10 years work experience in the Facilities/Machinery Operation and Maintenance
• Knowledge on Electrical system Clean room HVAC system Fire Protection system and Di Ionized and Wastewater treatment plant.
• 5 years experience in People Manager
