Project Management:

• Lead and drive global R&D engineering projects for the new product development and ratio topics.
• Plan project resources and timeline as per the project agreement.
• Conduct project quality gate meetings with project team and steering committee.
• Execution monitoring reporting and escalation to achieve project objectives (quality cost time).
• Collaborate with global cross-functions at international locations to ensure seamless project execution.
• Ensure adherence to product development processes and documentation standards.
• Support process management and user administration topics within R&D area.

Engineering Excellence:

•  Assist in organizing workshops and making engineering strategy.
• Support for implementation tracking and reporting of defined strategy.
• Prepare reports for evaluation of engineering goals and defined targets.
• Drive the 5S principles HSE compliance and engineering excellence topics in the department.
• Drive track and report the CIP and cost reduction topics in the department.
• Drive initiatives for Digitalization high performance and innovation culture.
• Improve Engineering process efficiency and facilitate efficient resource allocation
• Standardize best practices across engineering teams within department.
• Support competence management topics in department.
