Reporting to theRegional Produceryoullcollaborate closely with regional teams fostering strong relationships with key stakeholdersdrivingimpactful content production.
TheIntegrated project Managerunderstands the complexitiesof global brand campaign production cyclesand has acomprehensive knowledge ofuniversal print and moving image willpossessexperience across POS OOHSocial Media Online Video TV and Cinemaproductionspecificationsand best practice. As a pivotal member of our team you willassess upcoming campaign volumes and scopereviewing SLA timings plans created by the Regional Producer adapting where necessary to meetthe nuanced lead times of the markets in your regionto meet key milestones.
You willreviewglobaland localpipelineactivationsacross print and moving imagechannelsand assessingresource requirementsahead of time ensuringcampaigns arebriefed to the creative teamin a timely and accurate manneridentifying production overlapsand relaying regular status updatesthe Regional Producer.
AsIntegrated Project Manageryou will motivate your direct team to excel in their roles and ensure effective communicationacrossregional teams Project manageroversees the end-to-end production actively tracking key milestones such astranslation requests in market price validation client approvals anddeliveryensuringcreativeteamsare working efficientlymanagingstatus risks and challenges of all the campaign deliverables and resource escalating production issues to the RegionalProducer.A vital responsibility will be qualitycontrola keen eye and comprehensive understandingof brand guidelines is essentialtodelivery precision. The integrated Project Manager willbe responsible forfinal delivery of campaign assetsperforming a full pre-delivery audit of all files ensuring all relevant stakeholders receive proof of delivery.
What you will be doing:
- Creating bespoke timelines based on channel and market specific lead times.
- Briefingcreative studiooncampaign specificstimingsand scope.
- Holding daily stand-ups with creative teamfor live status tracking.
- Communicating translationcreative adaptationapprovalsandapprovaldeadlines to relevant stakeholders.
- Proactively assessing resource needs upstream toidentifypotential shortfall.
- Conducting real time risk assessment providing a campaign feedback loop to the Regional Producer ensuring theyareproperly informed on status.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholderssuch a Media Agencies.
- Support theRegionalProduceron project planning status risks and challenges.
- Triage any production issues from creative team escalating to the Regional Producer and Channel Leads.
- Oversee digital and print campaigns covering owned and bought media managing multiple campaigns languages and channels.
- Driveprecisecampaign executionmonitoringprogress controlling deadlinesengaging relevantstakeholdersand ensuring successful delivery.
- Support the Producer ondaily stand-up calls with offshore teams ensuring production is on track and providing an escalation point to the studio manager/PMs.
- Review global campaignsfamiliarise yourself with forecast data to drive foresight of production.
- Assess resource needs forout-of-scopeprojects supporting Regional Producerin producing resource and cost estimates.
- Ensure brand guardianship of local briefs and global guideline changes while rolling out local campaigns in the sales market and re-iterating local SLAs.
- Performrobust QConall deliverablesensuring allare produced on brandtaking ownership of any piece of creativesubmittedto the client forreview.
- Final delivery of campaign deliverables to media vendorsandnotifying all relevant stakeholders.
- Champion automation and future-facing ways of working.
What you need to be great in this role:
- 4 years of relevant experience in digitalprintand motion covering owned and bought media.
- Experience working with multiple campaigns languages and channels.
- Demonstratedproductionexperienceon global brands with line management experience
- Strong account & project management skills with experience managing onsite and offshore teams.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Proven ability to drive successful campaignproduction lifecycles with an ability to assess risk in real time adapt using agilemethodology.
- Proficientforecasting resourcemanagementand project burn rate.
- Keen eye for detail and commitment to innovation and new business growth.
- Passionfor and inquisitive about AI andnew technologies
- Understanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial but ability to learn and digest benefits and features of AI tools is critical.
