Job Summary
We are looking forRN and LVN superstars to join our fantastic team. Please be willing to assist in coordinating home health/home care clinical services under the direction of local staff and coordinating the quality continuity and delivery of skilled service. Our clients and their care is top priority for us.
You will help us to ensurethatclinical standards of quality and service are met. Assures compliance with federal state and local government and company policies. Perform non-OASISassessments for new clients and supervisory visits for existing clients.
Our staffare the keystone of our business providing much needed service to seniors and their families struggling to keep their independence on a daily basis. Wepossess the virtues of compassion care dependability professionalism honesty flexibility problem solving a positive attitude and love. This position will begin as PRN and may work into part time. Local travel required.
Additional requirements include:
- Home Health and/or Home Care experience a must
- Minimum of 2 year nursing experience
- Flexible hours
- Work independently with your community
