About the Role
Join an international technology-driven sales project in Sofia working with a leading digital solutions environment.
In this role you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers building strong relationships and supporting the sales pipeline through qualified leads. You will work in a fast-paced target-driven environment where performance and communication skills are key to success.
Responsibilities
Identify and qualify new sales opportunities
Engage with potential customers via phone email and digital channels
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Achieve individual and/or team sales targets
Work with CRM tools to manage and track customer interactions
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales processes
Adapt to new technologies and data-driven sales tools
Requirements
German: C1C2 (fluent/native)
English: B2 minimum
23 years of experience in sales or customer service preferred
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Strong communication (verbal and written) skills
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Working Schedule
Monday to Friday
09:00 18:00
Salary & Benefits
Base salary: EUR gross/year
Approx. monthly salary: 2914 EUR gross/month
Performance-based incentives (sales-related)
Hybrid working model in Sofia
